What is Art Therapy?

Art therapy combines creative therapeutic processes and psychotherapy to enhance self-exploration, healing, and understanding. Express thoughts and feelings that might otherwise be difficult to express through language alone.

Cheryl-Ann provides online art therapy services accessible from the comfort, privacy, and safety of your own home.

If you are in crisis, virtual art therapy is not right for you at this time. Please contact the Canadian crisisservicescanada.ca, worldwide crisis line befrienders.org, or your local emergency number.

“Art is the voice of our soul: at times it sings, at times it screams, but it always needs to be heard.”
